- Arrangement of load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures by floors will be completed in October 2022;
- The arrangement of local general utility engineering communal networks will be completed in May 2023;
- Landscaping, renovation of apartments and exterior finishing of the building will be completed in May 2024.
The sale of the apartments started in June 2021. As of today, 40% of the apartments are sold and reserved.
After the completion of each stage, the price of apartments will increase.
