Parks that must be visited when visiting Adjara

Apart from the fabulous nature, beautiful coastline, and touristic infrastructure, Adjara is distinguished by old and new architectural buildings, cultural heritage sites, museums, and centuries-old history that always inspires admiration. When visiting this place, you should definitely visit the parks. Thear you can relax and have fun at the same time. We present each one of them:

Tsitsinatela

Located near Kobuleti municipality, a visit which will not leave you without positive impressions. The park is one of the best ways to spend energy and emotions, offering visitors a variety of attractions. You will find 8 children’s, 17 family, and 11 extreme attractions. Also on the territory, there is a hall of slot machines, a children’s maze and a bowling alley. Accordingly, the park “Tsitsinatela” is visited by about 300 thousand visitors every season and offers people of any age the opportunity to have fun and spend a pleasant time.

Dendrological Park

Located in the resort of Shekvetili, which is one of the outstanding ones on the Black Sea coast due to its scale, environmental conditions and different development. The park is spread over 60 hectares and includes many species of both local and world flora. The territory is divided into 2 parts, which combine plant varieties around Georgia and various exotic species of plants brought over the years from the continents of the world. When visiting Adjara, be sure to visit the dendrological park and see unique Georgian and world plant species.

Park of Wonders

Located at the beginning of the boulevard, you can feel the humid air of the Black Sea while walking here or attend the festival and concerts held here. Through it, you will have the opportunity to visit various attractions, including the Alphabet Tower, ”Ali and Nino”, the panoramic wheel, the Batumi lighthouse, ”Me, you and Batumi”. This park is not only good for pedestrians but also for cycling.

Miniature park

Located in the resort of Shekvetili. The difference of the park is that it includes miniatures of architectural monuments of 44 territories of Georgia, among which you will find:

  • Mtskheta cross,
  • Svetitskhoveli,
  • Svan towers,
  • Alaverdi,
  • Old Tbilisi,
  • Bagrati and many other cultural monuments.

It is also an interesting fact that a specific environment and landscape is selected for each miniature monument. The miniature park creates an amazing environment with its greenery, gardens, paths and is a kind of visiting card of the culture and sights of Georgia for vacationers.

Batumi Central Park

Located in the south-eastern part of Nuri-Geli Lake, in the development of which the French horticulturist – Michael Dalphon made a great contribution. In the territory of the park, there are Batumi aquarium, dolphinarium, many entertainment attractions for children, catering facilities, lounge chairs, boats with which you can take a walk in the lake and visit cultural monuments.

Music Park

The park is located in the vicinity of the Black Sea Arena in Shekvetili. It is spread over 21 hectares and includes unique and diverse plant species, beautiful paths, seating areas, and stages. In the square of the park, you will meet the monuments of Georgian and foreign musicians. There you can hear the tunes of their music. There is also a koi garden, which includes several ponds. It is an amazing place that will leave you with amazing experiences and memories.
